"Inside the Box" Memoir Comics by Stout Students
This exhibit is seeking narrative comic art in all styles and mediums that incorporate the theme of personal memoir and identity. This show is in response to Alison Bechdel's Fun Home: A Family Tragicomic which has been selected as this year's Reading Across Campus selection.
Work submitted can include short comics, original drawn pages, crafted books, reproduced pages, and other visual narrative artworks outside of the comics medium.
Show will be installed on the second floor of the Roberts S. Swanson Library near the Comics and Graphic Novels Collection.
Submission Guidelines:
In a single PDF, no larger than 20MB. Name, major, website (if applicable), artist bio. Include up to 5 works: provide title, medium, dimensions, year, for each work.
