 Well-being in the Library

The University Library has many resources to support personal growth and learning for the UW-Stout community. Library resources are available to all UW-Stout students, faculty, and staff. The library also offers welcoming spaces for reading, relaxation, and reflection, including a newly developed Sensory Space on the 2nd floor.  Below is a list of resources compiled by library staff about a variety of topics related to mental health, including resilience, mindfulness, stress management, and anxiety. More resources can be found by using Search@UW, or by stopping into the library and perusing our print collections. Feel free to ask us for help finding what you need!

Celebrate International Coffee Day!

This documentary tells the story of Latin American coffee farmers and how our daily brew is deeply connected to the region's troubled past and hopeful future. Following a 1000-mile journey from Mexico to Nicaragua, the film shows how equitable trading relationships are helping empower communities and take a step towards social justice.
